Agreement to Policies
By booking an appointment with Envy Lash Studio, you agree to the following policies.
Satisfaction & Service Concerns
We strive to provide exceptional services and beautiful results. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns. Refunds are not offered for services provided.
Credit Card Required for Booking
A valid credit card is required to book an appointment at Envy Lash Studio. Card information is securely stored and handled in compliance with industry standards. By providing your card information, you authorize Envy Lash Studio to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees. If you are unable to provide a credit or debit card, prepayment is required.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by calling or texting (503) 585-1808 or through our online booking system. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No-show appointments will also be charged 100%. Outstanding balances must be resolved prior to booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Appointments will end at the originally scheduled time if a client arrives late, and the service price will not be adjusted. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged the full service amount.
Illness & Health
For the safety of our clients and staff, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness. Standard cancellation policies apply.
Phone Usage
For comfort and safety, we ask that phones be silenced and put away during services. Many treatments require clients to remain still while comfortably reclined, and phone use can cause unnecessary movement. If you need to take a call, we will pause the service; however, this time will still count toward your scheduled appointment and may result in a shortened service.
Children
For safety and comfort, children are not permitted to accompany clients during services.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Clients must inform Envy Lash Studio of any allergies or sensitivities prior to receiving services. Patch tests are available upon request but do not guarantee that a reaction will not occur. Refunds are not offered due to allergic reactions.
Gratuities
Gratuities are optional and always appreciated. Tips may be given using any accepted payment method.
Personal Belongings
Envy Lash Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
Lash Fill Eligibility
Fill services require a sufficient amount of existing eyelash extensions. If there are not enough lashes remaining to safely perform a fill, the appointment may need to be adjusted to a different service or rescheduled as a full set.
Code of Conduct
All clients and staff members are expected to treat one another with kindness and respect. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment or aggression, will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or dismissal from the studio.
