Agreement to Policies
When you book an appointment with Envy Lash Studio, you agree to the following policies:
Satisfaction Guaranteed
We aim to provide exceptional services. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours and we will gladly address your concerns.
Credit Card Required for Booking
A valid credit card is required to be placed on file to book an appointment at Envy Lash Studio. Your credit card information is securely stored and handled in compliance with industry standards. By providing your credit card information, you authorize Envy Lash Studio to charge the cancellation or no-show fee as described in these policies. If you are unable to provide a credit/debit card, you may prepay for your appointment.
24-Hour Cancellation
Envy Lash Studio requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by calling (503) 585-1808 (please leave a message if we are unable to answer) or online using our booking system. (The system does not let you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.) If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service scheduled. If the no-show fee remains unpaid, you will be unable to book future appointments with Envy Lash Studio and will be reported to a collection agency.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, please know that your appointment will end at the originally scheduled time, resulting in a shortened service. (Your service cost will not be adjusted.) If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of your service cost.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for any services provided. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours and we will gladly address your concerns.
Phone usage
Please silence your phone upon arrival at Envy Lash Studio. Phone usage is not allowed during any services.
Children
Children are not allowed to accompany clients receiving services.
Payments
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, credit and debit cards.
Allergic Reactions
Clients must inform Envy Lash Studio of any allergies or sensitivities they have prior to receiving services. A patch test will be provided upon request, although this does not guarantee that the client will not have a reaction. Refunds will not be offered due to allergic reactions.
Gratuities
Tipping is optional and always appreciated. Clients may tip the staff by any of the accepted payment methods.
Personal Belongings
Envy Lash Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the visit.
Code of Conduct
All clients and staff members are expected to treat each other with respect and kindness. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment or aggression, will not be tolerated, and may result in refusal of service or dismissal from the premises.
