Licensed Massage Therapist
Hello, My name is Candace Bethel, LMT, a licensed massage therapist and personal trainer with Nelson Body Renewal Center in Wilsonville, OR. After years of helping people struggle to recover from auto-related injuries, I continued to
be unsatisfied with the time it took to decrese pain and increase function. I then discovered, studied, and became certified in Medical Massage. I found that Medical Massage helped people with auto-related injuries recover faster and
with less pain.
Our body and mind can become very stressed and inbalanced after a motor vehicle accident. This increased stress and tension will cause toxins to build up in already tight and sore muscles. Medical Massage releases muscles at attachment
sites and diffuses toxins from the muscles, sweeping them into the lymphatic system. Without the proper treatment with Medical Massage, long-term effects can become permanent. With Medical Massage, I often see significant decreases in
both pain and recovery time.
