Eyelash Tinting with Xtreme Lashes
Eyelash Tinting is a 30 – 45 minute procedure in which eyelashes are dyed to darken lightly-colored natural lashes. Results can last anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Eyelash Tinting will darken lashes but does not add thickness or length.

Eyelash Tinting MAY be used with Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extensions. Some clients with very fair lashes prefer to receive a lash tinting service prior to their Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extension application to darken the lash line. However, eyelash tinting prior to an application of Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extensions is not necessary, since the extensions will cover the eyelash tint anyway.

Xtreme Lashes® recommends that the eyelash tinting procedure be performed at least 24 hours prior to the application of Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extensions.


Eyelash Perms
Are great for the following clients:

  • Clients with small eyes, to widen the eyes and give definition.
  • Clients with straight lashes.
  • Clients who regularly use eyelash curlers and would prefer something a bit more permanent
  • For a special occasion and more dramatic effect
  • For those clients who prefer not to use mascara, tinting along with perming can be extremely effective.

    • Contraindications (clients who should not receive an eyelash perm)

    • Positive reaction to the patch test ( using perm solution)
    • Cuts and abrasions in the eye area
    • Conjunctivitis or other diseases of the eye area
    • Watery / hypersensitive eyes
    • Sties, or other disorders of the eye area
    • Inflammation or swelling in the area.
    • Allergies to cosmetics.

    Skin Sensitivity test / patch test
    It is essential before perming the client's lashes to carry out a skin sensitivity test. This should take place 24 hours before treatment to determine whether the client allergic to the treatments.

    A small amount of the product should be applied to the skin somewhere it is not too obvious, such as behind the ear or the inside of the elbow.
